I'll start working on your piece when I get the payment

It will take me around 1 to 2 weeks to finish the artwork.

Payment will be accepted only via PAYPAL, in USD

The "additional character" discount ONLY applies if the character is on the same canvas as the first piece, if not, it will be charged as a separated commission

Commercial use will cost 50% of the total price.

If the character is too detailed, an extra fee may be charged (negotiable)

There's no refund after I sent the sketch.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission and refund the full amount of the piece at any time.

I reserve the full rights to the image and its distribution and use, unless commercial use is paid.

I reserve the right to display any commissioned images on my portafolio or any of my social media, unless otherwise specified.

The client retains all original rights to the characters used

The client may use the commission for personal use only, and is not permitted to use it in any commercial way unless they paid for it.

Clients may post the piece as long as there's credit me as the artist somewhere

Clients agrees to not to claim the piece as they own, trace the piece, sell it, etc

Commission type (If it's Bust, Halfbody, Fullbody, Character sheet)

References of the character (References of the mood, add on's or any description help a lot too!)

Short description of the idea for the piece (If you are unsure of what pose or concept do you want for the piece, I can come up with something, just let me know! I generally get better results when I don't have to stick to a particular pose and I can work more to a concept ^^)

Let me know if it will be used for commercial or personal use

Invoice: I will need the following information to make the invoice, please have it ready before ordering so we can expedite the process: (Client's real name or business name (if you have a business Paypal acc) , Paypal email , Country, and city name or any kind of address). This information will be use for invoicing purposes only!
